MaxMail

AI Disclaimer

Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. Overview

MaxMail is a transactional email service for projects hosted on MaxNova. MaxMail does not itself use artificial intelligence to write, review, or decide what is sent. This page explains what that means for you.

2. AI-generated content in your email

Your MaxNova project, or tools you use to build it, may use AI to draft email subjects or message bodies before they reach MaxMail. MaxMail sends that content exactly as your project provides it and does not check it for accuracy.

AI-generated text can be wrong, misleading, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing it before it is sent to recipients.

3. Automated processing

MaxMail uses automated rules, not AI, to queue messages, retry failed deliveries, and apply suppression lists. These rules can occasionally block or delay a legitimate message, for example when an address was suppressed after a bounce.

4. Your responsibilities

Review AI-generated content for accuracy, legality, and tone. Do not send content that is deceptive, infringing, or violates anti-spam laws. Do not rely on AI output for legal, medical, or financial advice sent to recipients.

5. No warranty

MaxMail is provided as is. We are not liable for the accuracy or consequences of content produced by AI tools outside MaxMail and sent through the service.

6. Changes

If we add AI features to MaxMail, we will update this disclaimer and our Privacy Policy before they take effect.
